Every roof is different, so any price we discuss is an estimate until we have assessed the specific job. A quote is not a binding contract until we have confirmed the scope, price and timing with you directly. Where we carry out work, it is done on the terms we agree with you at the time.

Our workmanship guarantee

Where stated, our roofing work is backed by a 10-year workmanship guarantee on the labour we carry out, subject to the specific terms we provide for that job. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately by the manufacturer.

While we take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
